Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services

Physical Therapy plays an important role in the healing process for many people who have suffered injuries due to an accident, illness or disease. The PT staff at CRHS offers a variety of treatments and expertise that bring patients back to a better quality of life after an injury or illness, and gives them the tools to maintain the quality of mobility and function they’ve achieved through physical therapy.

Our team of qualified, licensed professionals has a combined experience of over 40 years, and a spacious, state-of-the-art facility to provide care and treatment. This atmosphere facilitates the patient’s recovery, and helps them reach their maximum potential in the shortest amount of time.
