South Columbus Medical Center is a state of the art facility meeting all the medical needs of your family. Located in the southern most part of Columbus County, South Columbus Medical Center is a primary care facility staffed by Jeanie Evans, FNP. The staff specializes in providing family medical services including routine physicals, (pre-employment, school and sports), preventive medicine, blood pressure checks, routine diabetic care and pediatric care including immunizations. Women's health care, including pap smears and mammogram referrals are also services provided at South Columbus Medical Center. Now accepting new patients. Call for an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome. Hours of operation: Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., 8:30am - 5:00pm; Wed 8:30am - 11:30am.
